Hammond Flesias is a law firm with a particular focus on commercial litigation and complex litigation.  Several lawyers in the firm have developed a particular expertise in the area of construction law, building contracts and all associated forms of dispute resolution.

In addition, the firm has extensive experience in what would perhaps be best described as ‘messy litigation’.  The firm has developed a strength in taking over files which at times seem intractable and working to find practicable solutions.

Firm members have experience in many areas of law including commercial litigation, labour and employment law, environmental law, defamation, mitigating failed real estate transactions, partnership, joint venture and shareholders disputes, and estate litigation.
